Job Description: The Medical Technologist (MT) is a member of a multi-disciplinary team in the Medical Clinic, including primary care, gynecology and specialty care. The MT performs a variety of clinical diagnostic tests with emphasis on recognizing and resolving problems and applying interpretive judgement. The MT is responsible for employing practice standards and supporting quality improvement efforts. The MT should have a deep appreciation for the collaborative care model and advancing the divisional priorities of quality, access and inclusion, and mattering and belonging.
