The Chief Lab Technologist manages and supervises Laboratory staff and operations to ensure that patient testing occurs in a timely and satisfactory manner in designated lab departments: Hematology, Coagulation, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, and Urinalysis. This position is responsible for work flow technical and patient issues, acts as a technical consultant for technical and patient issues, and coordinates lab instruments and maintenance.
