MLT Full Time Days Position Summary
Has the ability and knowledge required to provide accurate, reliable laboratory testing. The Technologist must be able to perform routine and complex laboratory analysis with little or no direct supervision. Perform maintenance and quality control as required according to department specific policies.
Qualifications:THE MLT FULL TIME ROTATING CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
BS in Medical Technology (Associates for MLT) or related science degree (degree must be in a field that is considered eligible for certification) required; National Certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP or AMT) is preferred.
Experience:
1. One (1) year clinical experience preferred.
