The MD or DO physician is organizationally and administratively responsible for the management of functionally impaired patients and patients with pathological chronic pain conditions in which the pain has affected their functional activities and quality of life. Must be board-eligible or board-certified. Sub certification in Pain Medicine or Pain Management preferred but not required.
