Laboratory Supervisor
Position Overview :. Provides laboratory services and supervisory support by directing the work of technical staff that are performing tests in the clinical laboratory. Exercises supervision of Medical Technologists/Medical Laboratory Technicians Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Assists in the performance of laboratory testing in accordance with medical group and governmental standards Supervises the daily activities of Medical Technologists. Oversees the accurate and appropriate completion of laboratory tests. Reviews and signs daily quality control records and implements remedial action when needed. Reviews problems with instrumentation and methods and documents problems
