Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm, with some evening coverage as needed

Location: Orlando Market

The role you’ll contribute:

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing the Clinical Field Trainer providers training for new staff and established clinical staff following Centra Care Protocols and adhering to state, federal and organizational guidelines to ensure excellent quality care and patient safety standards.  Will train new staff in the home office and in the field (may require out of state travel).  Available to work shifts as needed in the centers when not training or assist Clinical Excellence Team. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.  Must be highly engaged in establishing the Centra Care Culture in new market regions.

• Coordinates training schedules for new hires
• Performs new hire training/post training assessment and assists with ongoing clinical in-service/education initiatives/remediation
• Assists with monthly quality control reporting & Reviews Laboratory Quality Control and proficiency testing.  Documents problem corrective actions.   
• DUA/BAT instructor performing new hire and recertification training on an on-going basis
• Assists with new center openings by setting up clinic to include multi-state travel as needed
