Overview This position is responsible for the daily performance of the respiratory therapy team, and collaborates with all members of the health care team to provide quality service to our customers. In addition, this position provides oversight for other respiratory therapists, including chart audits and acting as an expert resource for staff. Develops educational materials and delivers ongoing training to staff. Provides non-clinical support to departmental leadership, including policy revisions. This position independently provides respiratory care, pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing to patients in a variety of health care settings.
