Pocahontas Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Clinical Laboratory Manager.  Candidate must possess strong interpersonal communication skills as well as be self-motivated.  Job duties include: supervises day-to-day activities of the lab, monitors departmental budget, ensures compliance with guidelines and regulations, develops long range plan for equipment, personnel and growth.  Prefer someone with at least five years of laboratory clinical experience and previous laboratory management experience; experience in all areas of lab; must possess current WV Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Science License, ASCP certification required (or must receive within 6 months of hire); B.S. or higher degree preferred.
