Description Job Summary: $2,000 Signing Bonus and Employee Referral Program, signing incentives VUMC is seeking to hire a Phlebotomist 2, whom will have responsibilities for performing Phlebotomy and Customer Service with minimal guidance. The Phlebotomist 2 is responsible for venipuncture and accessioning patient specimens or tissue materials for testing, including packaging specimens or tissue materials to be sent out to referring laboratory. The Phlebotomist 2 provides excellent customer service to patients and works closely with all laboratory staff, medical staff, and external customers. Customer service functions including telephone etiquette and basic troubleshooting and problem resolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
