Advanced Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist, Computed Tomography (Not to Exceed 1 Year)
The CT Technologist has the overall responsibility for the coordination and performance of the computed tomography section. He/she works closely with other CT Technologists, Radiologists, Clinicians and Clerical staff to assure optimum quality control, efficient coordination of activities, high quality diagnostic exam results, and patient satisfaction. This position is temporary not to exceed 1 year. Functions: Staff Training: Trains new technologists in computed tomography, CT angiography, CT guided needle biopsies / drainages, and other special procedures. Develops formal orientation, training, and evaluation programs. Recommends, coordinates and evaluates new or modified procedures/protocols.
