Physician-Pathologist
Education and length of practice are considered through a formal pay-setting process to determine the final compensable salary (Base Pay + Market Pay) The incumbent is ultimately responsible for the successful performance of patient care related activities in P&L. This responsibility predominately includes handling clinical pathology, namely, Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Diagnostics clinical chemistry and hematology. Function in blood bank and anatomic pathology is desirable.
