HCT is seeking a hands-on Laboratory Manager at a critical access hospital in Nevada. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing direct oversight for all lab functions and employees,
Maintaining laboratory quality and regulatory compliance (COLA, TJC, State)
Participating in Infection Control, Antibiotic Stewardship, and Safety Risk meetings, and
Advising and consulting with physicians, nurses, and other hospital personnel.
Reports to: CFO

Education: Bachelor’s degree in allied health sciences required; Master's preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical laboratory experience with at least 2 years of progressive leadership in a healthcare setting; previous experience in a critical access hospital is a plus
License: NV license or willingness to get one is required
Certifications: MLS certification is required
Computer Skills: Meditech experience is a plus and Microsoft Office suite experience is required
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: All expenses are covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, transportation, meal allowance and trips home during the assignment
