HIM Analyst III

The Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst III is responsible and accountable for a variety of functions within the HIM Department including coordination of the Physician incomplete area; process and compile statistics for the delinquency listing; process and monitor the coding billhold reports.

The HIM Analyst III maintains the master patient index; delivers timely and accurate chart analysis; delivers timely and accurate processing of requests for "protected health information"; and may provide quality control auditing for scanning/imaging.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented. Should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills, be well-organized, prompt, reliable and on time. Must have a high proficiency with Information Management and/or Medical Records systems, ideally within a HealthCare System.
