Position Summary:

The Lab Technician is responsible for performing all routine activities connected with responsibilities of the diagnostic MIDL laboratories and maintains inventory of supplies and cleans glassware with regular guidance..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains adequate stock of reagents and supplies.

  • Performs daily assignments and cleans work area.

  • Sets up equipment and prepares materials for various procedures.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT - (FUNDAMENTAL AWARENESS): - Has limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with Inventory Management. Understands Inventory Management concepts and principles. Familiar with Inventory Management tools, processes, procedures and policies.

LABORATORY PRACTICES (FUNDAMENTAL AWARENESS): - Has limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with laboratory practices.

LAB TESTING (FUNDAMENTAL AWARENESS): - Has limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with lab testing.
