Laboratory Supervisor Full-Time Evenings

Under the general supervision of the Laboratory Director, oversees operations and workflow within the department. Develop procedural protocols. Participates in the training of new employees. Responsible for workload prioritization, problem resolution, personnel and resource management. Maintains equipment and supply inventory. Adheres to laboratory and hospital policies and procedures.

Minimum Education: A Bachelor�s Degree and ASCP-MT or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: 5+ years of job-related experience required. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: ASCP-MT or equivalent registration. BLS certification required
