Medical Technologist (MT /MLT /MLS) – Sign On Bonus!
Maine and New Hampshire
Day and evening positions are eligible for a $6,500 sign on bonus.
Night positions are eligible for an $8,000 sign on bonus.
Relocation assistance and temporary housing are available if needed.
NorDx is seeking Medical Technologists (MTs), Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs), and Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLSs) in multiple locations across Maine and New Hampshire. These roles will independently perform and monitor laboratory testing of patient specimens according to established procedures and regulatory requirements. All positions confirm, interpret, correlate and report normal and abnormal patient results. These roles will recognize technical, instrumental and/or physiological problems and initiate resolutions. These roles will also assume responsibility for accuracy, quality control and required instrument maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory, chemical, physical, or biological science.
Certification as a Medical Technologist (or equivalent) or as a categorical technologist (e.g., C, H, I, BB, M) by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, AMT) within 6 months of hire.
Able to work any shift, holiday and/or weekend, and travel among company sites as needed.
Able to provide training of laboratory and/or other health care personnel as directed.
