This position will function as the System Manager of Laboratory Quality and Operations for Tenet Health and a related entities. It will be responsible for the quality and regulatory oversight of the labs and optimization of laboratory operations. Responsibilities will include collaborating with the system lab director and VP of Ancillary Service to enhance clinical performance standardization, ensure adherence to quality, legal and regulatory standards, implement continuous process improvement in operations and implement patient safety projects. Additionally, this position will work across the organization to develop and implement the laboratory quality strategies for the organization.
Up to 50% travel - we will run a MVR on the final candidate.
ï¿½Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology, Biology or Chemistry.
ï¿½MLS (ASCP) or MT eligible (ASCP equivalent)
ï¿½3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in the clinical laboratory of an acute care hospital.
ï¿½Experience with regulatory and accreditation of laboratory operations
