WMCHealth Network – the pre-eminent healthcare provider in the Hudson Valley region of New York, has an excellent opportunity for a Director of Lab-Quality Systems to provide leadership and support in its hospital-based laboratories in CAP-accredited Good Samaritan Hospital (Suffern), St. Anthony Community Hospital (Warwick) and Bon Secours Community Hospital (Port Jervis) to achieve business objectives including efficiency, quality, regulatory, fiscal, operational, technical, and growth.
In addition to proven experience in maintaining project schedules, documentation, communications, and meeting deadlines, you must:
meet New York personnel guidelines to function as a supervisor (a minimum of six years relevant work experience).
have a bachelor’s degree in laboratory sciences or related degree.
have a valid New York State Department of Health license as a laboratory technologist.
NCA/ASCP registration is preferred
