The Psychologist Supervisor will provide quality control of our groups on the various treatment units. The psychologist will observe groups; provide feedback to staff; and provide training on group treatment to staff as needed.
Additionally, the Psychologist will collaborate with the hospital's Psychology department providing group therapy supervision and psychological assessment supervision of doctoral-level psychology trainees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Observe group therapy on the units (4-5 groups per week)
Provide feedback to staff on group treatment; provide training as needed
Prepare a monthly report to administration on group treatment at PIW
Attendance and participation in treatment team meetings
Regular attendance at weekly supervision meeting with other psychologist supervisors
