Level of Experience
All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
Clinical Lab Practitioner within 6 months of hire into position
Certified by ASCP/AMT/AAB within 3 months of hire
Be licensed as a CLP-MLT before the effective date of June 1, 2017 and have met all applicable requirements of WV Legislature rule sections 5.1.a through 5.1.d
Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
