Associated Pathologists, a private pathology group in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida, is seeking a pathologist with interest and expertise in both clinical pathology and molecular pathology. A candidate with dedicated training to clinical pathology, including a CP fellowship, and strong communication and interpersonal skills will be favored. Under leadership of the current clinical and molecular pathologist, the individual will be expected to contribute to multiple areas of laboratory medicine (chemistry, immunology, hematology, microbiology and molecular pathology, excluding transfusion medicine) as well as evaluate and sign-out molecular oncology cases. A molecular fellowship is not required but experience with molecular pathology is beneficial. Pathologists currently in training programs as well as those with experience will be considered.
Associated Pathologists is a dynamic, multispecialty group that is the leader of pathology services in the greater Tampa Bay Area.
