Streck is recruiting for a talented and professional research and development associate scientist to join our immunology and biomarkers team. This position is responsible for participating in research and development projects that are focused on product and process improvements to current commercial product applications and new product development projects.
Complete experiments as directed by R&D scientific manager by following defined protocols
Communicate all information pertinent to research processes to R&D scientific manager and project leader
Relate small scale R&D studies to eventual large scale production processes
Document all project activities in accordance with FDA mandated design control requirements and Streck specific documentation
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Immunology, or Biochemistry
Minimum 1-3 years related research experience, 3-5 years’ preferred.
Experience with basic molecular biology techniques
Experience in processing large quantities of samples
Multi-color flow cytometry experience preferred
Experience in a Clinical Molecular Biology lab with a MB(ASCP) preferred
