Responsible for the initial examination and dissection of surgical specimens and dissection of bodies during post mortem examination. Assists with research and intruction of Pathology interns/residents.
Education: Master of Health Science degree with a major in Human Anatomy and Physiology. Certification with Canadian Association of Pathologists and/or Certification with the American Society for Clinical Pathology. Medical Terminology.
Experience: No Previous Work Experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Basic computer skills. Analytical skills. Ability to work independently. Communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (formerly the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region) provides laboratory services in two acute care hospitals in Regina, the Regina General Hospital and Pasqua Hospital, one specimen collection service at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre and 12 rural laboratory sites.
